What to Expect:

Your employees will pre-register for their appointment by choosing an appointment time and completing initial paperwork through a Lifesigns’ portal link sent to your team.

Lifesigns will send a reminder to each employee’s phone 15 minutes before their appointment to promote on-time scheduling. Exams take 30 minutes or less, and include:

• Biometrics

• Comprehensive head-to-toe examination

• Extensive lab panel

• Resting EKG

• Ultrasound of the carotid artery and thyroid

• Consultation with your provider

After your Mobile Clinic appointment, you will receive a multi-page report of your exam results and recommendations. Additionally, you may be contacted to discuss abnormal lab values, prescribe medication, or refer you to a specialist.
