On Friday, May 5th, our very own Director of Clinical Quality & Safety received the Executive Nurse Leader Hero Award from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
Kim Muse has been an immeasurable asset to our West family for over 13 years. Starting her career with us as an infusion nurse, then promoted to Nurse Manager, and now Director of Clinical Quality and Safety – Kim has proven time and time again her ability to promote the highest quality of patient care.
She helped lead our network-wide response to the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. She continues to audit and implement medical and physical safety measures across all 11 of our locations – always pushing for improvement.
