Dr. Benn’s path to oncology began during her med school years at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, inspired by her mentor, Dr. Mohammad Jahanzeb. Today, she serves at our Desoto campus, focusing primarily on #breastcancer and embracing the rapid advancements in treatment.
Though her dedication goes beyond clinical care. Dr. Benn has been instrumental in reducing breast cancer mortality disparities in the Midsouth by promoting regular mammograms and community education. With a passion for patient education, she ensures everyone understands their diagnosis and treatment options, meeting patients with empathy and clarity.
