About Me
I am a medical oncologist and hematologist at the West Cancer Center and Research Institute, where I am the Director of the Lung Cancer disease research group. I spend the majority of my time working in the clinics with patients diagnosed with lung cancer. I derive great joy from assisting patients and their families as they navigate this potentially frightening territory. Before I was a physician, I walked the cancer journey with both my parents, and I know first-hand what it’s like to wait on a test result or a call back to address a new symptom or concern. I specialize in treating patients with molecularly-altered lung cancers, as well as those lung cancers with no actionable driver mutation. I dedicate an extensive amount of time to keeping up with research and literature on lung cancer. Doing so allows me to deliver the most up-to-date clinical practices to my patients. I also participate in clinical research whenever possible, and my goal is to always offer cutting-edge therapies!
