Hannah Case, NP

Hannah Case, MSN, FNP-C, serves as a hospitalist at Methodist Germantown, where she is proud to support patients with comprehensive, compassionate care. She graduated summa cum laude from Baptist Health Sciences University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011 and went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of North Alabama in 2022.

With a strong foundation in both transplant and internal medicine, Hannah brings extensive clinical expertise and a patient-centered approach to our West team. She is passionate about improving outcomes and providing high-quality, evidence-based care to patients during their hospital stay.
