Brad Smith, MBA, MHIT, is a seasoned healthcare professional with a career spanning over three decades. He joined West in August 2023, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in Healthcare IT. Brad has been at the forefront of Healthcare IT innovation. Prior to West, he served as System Director at Baptist Memorial Healthcare for over 26 years. Brad has played a key role in opening new facilities across multiple locations and orchestrating successful mergers with notable healthcare institutions. In addition to his executive roles, Brad is passionate about education. He spent five years teaching health IT and healthcare administration classes at Baptist College of Health Sciences, imparting valuable knowledge to future healthcare professionals.
