Inclement Weather Updates

Dear West Family,
As we continue to navigate the inclement weather hazards in our region, we would like to also continue to communicate as quickly and often as possible our plans for center hours and scheduling.
On Wednesday, January 17, our West Cancer Center locations plan to make the following adjustments to our operating hours per location:
– Our Corinth and Collierville sites will be closed.
– All other West Cancer Center sites will open promptly at 10am  and will operate until regular closing times.
– All Radiation Oncology appointments will begin at 9am.
If your appointment has been affected by these changes, please know that our staff will be reaching out to you to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
Please also note that on Thursday, January 18, our West Memphis location will be closed due to campus operations unrelated to weather.
Our staff will work to coordinate new appointments for those affected by our inclement weather precautions in West Memphis and Brighton on Friday, January 19 as available and as needed by our patients.

Good morning, West family!

In an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and patients this morning, we are updating center hours to reflect inclement weather hazards across our region. We will continue to post information on our social media pages, our website, and to contact patients scheduled for appointments today.

CENTER UPDATES:
– Our Jackson, Brighton, West Memphis, Collierville, and Paris locations will be closed today. Patients with appointments today will be contacted by our team to reschedule.

– Our Corinth location will be opening promptly at 8am this morning.

– Our Memphis and Desoto locations will open from 10am until 4pm today.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact your center location as our phone nurses will be on staff. Please know that if you would like to reschedule your appointment today, we will waive your missed appointment fee due to inclement weather.

Dear West Cancer Center family,

We are aware that our region is being carefully monitored for inclement weather tomorrow, Tuesday, January 16. Our teams plan to open all sites tomorrow on time, but will update the status of individual centers on our website and on all social media pages.

Should you have any specific questions about your appointment or your site, please feel free to contact your location as our telephone operators will be on-call during regular business hours.
