Olga Franklin, LMSW

About:

Olga brings more than 18 years of social work experience, with an extensive background in medical social work, case management, mental health, hospice care, and chronic disease management.

Prior to joining West, Olga served as a Renal Social Worker with Fresenius Medical Care and held several medical social work positions within hospice organizations. Throughout her career, she has supported patients and families through complex medical and emotional challenges, providing counseling, coordinating care, and connecting individuals with valuable community resources.

Olga earned her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and holds social work licensure in both Tennessee and Mississippi. She is also passionate about advocating for women’s issues, an interest that complements her professional experience in women’s reproductive health and patient education.

Olga’s wealth of experience, passion for advocacy, and adventurous spirit make her a wonderful addition to the West team!
